Into Our Community
It's time we quit playing church, and started BEING the church! God has thrown wide the door for us to place mentors in our local middle schools who are on mission for Building Relationships, Answering Needs, and Changing Hearts. We've set a goal of having THIRTY mentors at two schools this fall. Sound incredible? Only GOD can make it happen.
This BOLD MOVE can change our schools in amazing ways!

Open Our Arms
To All Children
We've had nursery and preschool since we launched on Easter of 2009. We added youth ministry in January. We don't want to just have a "program" for elementary schoolers... We're adopting a 940-week strategy to influence a child from birth through high school graduation. We are out to change a generation for Christ! Want to know more? A New Field
Get ready to kiss our current meeting place and our current scope of ministry goodbye. As we BRANCH wide, and open our arms to all children, get ready for God to expand our territory. We were already close to filling two services at the Movie Theater. Beginning this September we'll be meeting at the Ellijay Elementary School Auditorium, a 600-seat hall with plenty of room for adults AND kids!
This BOLD MOVE will allow us to continue growing as a church.

Without A Doubt
We believe that God has uniquely called us to impact Ellijay and Gilmer county. We simply CANNOT TAKE FOR GRANTED the growth that God has allowed us to have! Because of what HE is doing in us and through us already, we just can't play the "church as usual" game. Over the next few months, The Orchard Church will be making three big, bold moves in Gilmer County to shout out that GOD is MOVING among us!
